Train-the-Trainer seminars are held at
Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre,
Renton, Washington.
Seminar Objectives:
- Discuss who is the Adult Learner and what the keys are
to adult learning.
- Practice a variety of teaching
techniques.
- Describe the role of the trainer
and/or the Staff Developer.
- Describe the effective clinical
supervision and curriculum design.
- Augment the DOH/DSHS Orientation
which explains the requirements for a NAC Training Program
in Washington State.
